Project Manager
Minimum 5 years of permitting experiences with project management skills. Must understand the entire City of Edmonton Development Permit and Building Permit process, City Bylaws and Overlays, variance requirements, rezoning process, Edmonton Design Committee and the Subdivision Appeal Board.
Must be able to coordinate, negotiate and work with the City's various Departments & officials, professional consultants and contractors.

Intermediate Drafting Technician (contract position)
Minimum 3 years of architectural drafting experiences with AutoCad 2010 or higher. Must understand Alberta Building Code and have drafting experiences in both residential and commercial interiors, accessory structures, small to medium size residential and commercial buildings.
Candidate should also have experiences using graphic softwares including Photoshop and Sketchup.
